Exhibitors Policies and General Information

Handworks, LLC is an arts and crafts gift Market which features the region’s best-known artists, as well as bright newcomers. Each year it hosts a Fall Holiday Market.

The Fall Holiday Market is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. All exhibitors set up the Thursday evening prior to the show, 12 noon.-8 p.m. Exhibitors must remain in their booths until 6:01 p.m. on Friday and 4:01 p.m. on Saturday.  Please do not expect an early departure.  Exhibitors who leave early will not be invited back to Handworks.

Shared booths are permitted if both partners have been selected as exhibitors. It is preferable that the products in the same booth are compatible items so that the booth looks consistent.

At least 70% of the items in the booth must be hand-made or enhanced by the exhibitor.

Prospective Exhibitors: Each new applicant must show a few samples of his/her work, as this is a juried show.

Exhibitors are requested to submit a mailing or customer list to be added to our current list. Each person on the list will receive a personal invitation by mail. In addition, exhibitors may be mailed extra invitations to distribute as they wish.

Tables are available for rental or exhibitors may use their own. Skirting to the floor is required and can be obtained from our display company if noted on the exhibitor application. Electrical outlets are available, but exhibitors are responsible for providing their own extension cords, adapters and wide masking tape (no duct tape).

Any past exhibitor who declines a show will be categorized as a “new” exhibitor and not be granted seniority. All booth assignments are at the discretion of the general manager.

Cancellations prior to October 1st will be refunded, minus $50.00 cancellation fee. After October 1st, there will be no refunds given.

Non-profit Charitable Organizations: Handworks allows one non-profit agency to set up at each Market. The group may use this opportunity to raise funds, with prior approval from the general manager.
